The shortest path
- 1Open RepliStack
- 2Paste the email you received
- 3Choose tone and reply length
Step-by-step tutorial
Follow these six steps the first time you use RepliStack.
Open RepliStack
Go to the app, sign in, and start from the main reply screen.
Paste the email you received
Paste the message you want to answer into the incoming email field so RepliStack has the full context.
Choose tone and reply length
Pick the tone and length that fit the conversation. Add a short instruction if you want to guide the draft.
Generate the reply
Click generate and let RepliStack draft a reply based on the email and the options you selected.
Review and edit if needed
Read the draft, adjust names, dates, or details, and make small edits so it sounds right for you.
Send it in your normal email workflow
Copy the final reply and send it from your email client, just like you normally would.
Quick tips
A few simple habits make the results better.
- Paste the full email when possible so the reply has better context.
- Choose a tone that matches the relationship and the situation.
- Use a short instruction when you need the reply to mention a specific point.
- Review the draft before sending, especially for names, dates, and commitments.
- Edit details to sound like yourself when you want a more personal final message.
What to expect
Expect a strong draft you can review and adjust.
RepliStack helps you get to a clear reply faster, but you stay in control of the final message.
- RepliStack is designed to give you a strong first draft, not an auto-send decision.
- The output should still be reviewed before you send it.
- Small edits are normal when you want the reply to match your voice or the exact situation.
Optional Gmail shortcut
If you work in Gmail, the Chrome extension can make the flow faster.
The main workflow still starts in the app. The Gmail extension is an optional shortcut once you want a faster inbox-adjacent flow.
We do not store your emails on our servers. Email content is sent to OpenAI only to generate the reply.
Generate your first reply when you are ready.
Open the app, paste a real email, and work through the steps once.
