Accounts

RepliStack requires an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your sign-in email and any authenticated sessions.

Free trial and paid subscription

• Free trial — 100 replies total
• Trial usage is tracked server-side per account.
• Paid subscriptions are processed by Stripe and stored as account subscription records in our database.
• Subscription status and limits may change based on billing events, renewals, cancellations, refunds, or payment failures.

AI-generated output

RepliStack generates drafts using AI. Output may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for your use case. You are responsible for reviewing and approving all content before sending.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use RepliStack to:

• Send spam or deceptive bulk communications
• Harass, threaten, defame, or abuse others
• Generate illegal, hateful, or harmful content
• Violate applicable laws or third-party rights
• Attempt unauthorized access to the service or related systems

We apply rate limits and abuse prevention to protect reliability; excessive automated usage may be throttled.

Data and privacy

We store minimal account, usage, and subscription data needed to run the service. We do not store inbox email threads on our servers.

By using RepliStack, you agree to our Privacy Policy and the data handling practices described there.

Third-party services

RepliStack relies on OpenAI (generation), Supabase (authentication, auth emails, and database), Stripe (billing), and Vercel (hosting and web analytics). Your use of RepliStack may involve processing by these providers under their own terms and privacy policies.

Service changes and availability

We may update, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service at any time, including pricing, limits, and features.

Limitation of liability

RepliStack is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, or business opportunities arising from your use of the service.
